• Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing solution engineering team to achieve assigned goals.
• Manage individual and team performance to ensure high levels of execution.

• Improve sales methodology, including the development of tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
• Assess training needs and implement programs to enhance the technical and sales skills of the team.
• Collaborate with regional sales directors on account planning, strategy, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Must reside in a Western US state
• 5+ years of experience as a sales engineering manager
• 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer
• Strong understanding of the Identity Security market and best practices
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences
