Manager, Post Sales Process & Automation (AI/Salesforce)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $125,700–$188,500 USD for Zone 2 locations; $134,500–$201,700 USD for CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business problems and design scalable processes and solutions across the customer journey.
• Manage and develop team members, allocate capacity, delegate work, and maintain delivery and performance standards across teams in the U.S. and abroad.
• Lead initiatives from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment through testing, launch, and post-launch support.
• Design and improve processes across Salesforce, Smartsheet, Salesloft, and Gainsight, using AI-first solution design.
• Define KPIs, analyze usage and feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead change management, user acceptance testing, SDLC activities, and roadmap prioritization with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in SaaS business operations and customer journey processes.
• Experience leading teams, developing team members, delegating effectively, and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, including best practices and platform functionality.
• Experience creating process maps, writing technical user stories and business requirements, and running user acceptance tests.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Claude and Cursor, plus strong prioritization, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field is favorable but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gainsight, Salesloft, and/or Smartsheet.
