Location: Fully remote and can be performed from anywhere; occasional domestic travel of approximately 10% is expected for team meetings or events.

Salary: $133,000–$173,000 annual.

What you will do

  • Support the Global Medical Lead in delivering global medical strategy and communications tactics efficiently and consistently.
  • Develop and track budgets, facilitate contracting, and participate in annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Establish, maintain, and provide training on data management systems supporting GMSC projects.
  • Manage administrative workflows, including document folders, meeting minutes, follow-up actions, reports, slides, timelines, and goals.
  • Identify timeline risks, project issues, and budget deviations, then collaborate on solutions.
  • Build productive relationships with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HEOR, vendors, and agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, primarily in Medical Affairs project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Structured project management experience using timelines, trackers, and dashboards to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems such as SharePoint, Veeva Vault, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience managing external vendors, communicating clearly, and collaborating across functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a dynamic, culturally diverse workplace.

  • Experience determining business requirements and launching document management systems.
  • Advanced degree.
