What you will do

• Lead Six Sigma project portfolios and cross-functional operational excellence initiatives for the networking business unit.
• Apply DMAIC, statistical analysis, and data-driven methods to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate deep-dive workshops and manage projects involving design, engineering, supply chain, and customer success or services teams.
• Lead postmortem and lessons-learned activities for critical escalations and field issues.
• Train Yellow Belt and Green Belt candidates and coach teams on Six Sigma methods.
• Drive sustainable organizational change by establishing processes and procedures that preserve project results.

Requirements

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification and at least five years of experience leading Six Sigma projects.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques, flow charting, business analysis, and statistical software such as Minitab, SAS, Stata, or R.
• Experience in engineering, supply chain, or customer success and services within the technology industry.
• Proficiency in applying machine learning techniques to quality-related projects; Python knowledge for data extraction and manipulation is advantageous.
• Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects, influencing stakeholders and senior executives, and working with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently, coach others, and travel moderately as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with outsourced supply chains and contract manufacturers.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
