Salary: $68,300 - $109,100 USD (CAD 61,600 - 98,400)

What you will do

• Deliver forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Analyze financial variance and generate performance insights.
• Develop driver-based financial models.
• Create dashboards and business intelligence reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
• Automate reporting processes and workflows.
• Validate data across ERP, Anaplan, and Snowflake systems.

Requirements

• University or college degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• 2+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Experience applying automation and emerging technologies to finance workflows.

Nice to have

• CPA or CMA certification (completed or in progress).
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools.
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, or other data platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python or automation tools.
• Exposure to AI or machine learning applications in finance.
