What you will do

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage long-term relationships with Strategic Account health system executives and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Lead complex enterprise contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and win-win partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and regulatory adherence.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track KPIs, report on sales metrics, and adjust strategies.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of healthcare policy, regulations, and competitive landscapes to anticipate market shifts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in healthcare or medical device sales.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience for global, national, or key strategic account businesses.
  • Must be located within the East or Midwest areas of the USA.
  • Proven executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to meet customers in the field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.
