hirify.global is building an infrastructure layer for consumer liabilities, connecting financial institutions and fintechs to real-time debt data and payment rails through a single API.

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle sales processes focused on hunting and acquiring net-new business logos.
  • Run discovery sessions, structure deals, and navigate legal and technical procurement for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Product Marketing, and technical teams to optimize pipeline generation and deal velocity.
  • Translate prospect business challenges into specific product recommendations.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder deals involving product managers, payments leads, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of direct selling experience into fintech companies or lenders (non-negotiable).
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals rather than transactional sales.
  • Ability to understand and communicate how APIs are evaluated and integrated into technical architectures.
  • Deep familiarity with the consumer credit ecosystem, including bureaus, identity verification, and payment rails.
