Location: Hybrid; expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney to be in office at least twice per week.

Salary: $111,400 – $150,600 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and deploy predictive AI and ML solutions into production environments.
• Apply statistical analysis, GenAI, and LLMs to unlock new product opportunities and insights.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to refine hypotheses and shape strategy.
• Analyze business, product, and customer data to provide high-impact recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to diverse stakeholders to ensure data-driven action.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applied experience in data science.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries such as pandas, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Ability to write structured SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data science solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for storytelling with data.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SaaS business metrics and growth drivers.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Expertise in retention or churn analysis using user behavior data.
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI tools like LangChain or Graph.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering).
