What you will do

• Design and deploy advanced ML, NLP, and Generative AI solutions for scientific exploration and discovery.
• Build LLM-powered applications for question answering, literature summarization, and research insight generation.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems connecting AI models with trusted scholarly content.
• Create intelligent capabilities for semantic search, ranking, recommendation, and entity extraction.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure AI reliability, grounding, trustworthiness, and user impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and domain experts to scale, monitor, and optimize AI systems.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or NLP in production environments.
• Advanced expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG system implementation.
• Extensive Python programming skills for building maintainable, production-quality software.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
