What you will do

• Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models using structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data.
• Implement scalable ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature extraction, training, validation, and continuous learning.
• Develop and lead AI/ML solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Optimize ML models and pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies to enhance LLM-based application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into core platform features and services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Java or C++.
• Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment.
• Knowledge of text embedding models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed computing (Spark, Ray).
