Salary: $122,100 - $203,300 (Total Target Cash)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell Nursing curriculum materials and digital products to higher education institutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring successful implementation and adoption of flagship solutions.
  • Identify client needs using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate full product value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Nurse Educators, Deans, and Directors as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage sales pipeline, leads, and the sales cycle using Salesforce.
  • Lead the renewal and upselling processes for enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in technology, higher education, publishing, or healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with curriculum-based SaaS tools or educational technology systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must reside within the specified territory (NY, CT, MA).
  • Customer-centric approach to relationship building and collaboration.
