Salary: $59,600 - $152,800 (Total Target Cash)

What you will do

  • Develop sales in the assigned territory through customer service, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of the solution portfolio, including digital products and ebooks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Higher Education and C-suite professionals, providing curriculum-aligned guidance.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations on hirify.global’s suite of products to improve classroom experiences.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycles using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of B2B sales success.
  • Experience in technology, higher education, or healthcare/publishing sales.
  • Must reside within the designated Western Pennsylvania territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
