Salary: $82,300 – $152,800 / year

What you will do

• Develop category growth outcomes and customer segment intelligence, including TAM/SAM assessments and competitive analysis.
• Create and maintain customer segment-level value propositions, messaging, and commercial claims.
• Own GTM execution, including the development of sales playbooks and enablement tools aligned with commercial priorities.
• Lead content strategy and trade show execution for assigned categories and segments.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to optimize sales plays and track performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally for product and portfolio launches through Phase 0 NPI involvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in B2B, strategic, or product marketing, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in GTM execution, value proposition development, and sales enablement.
• Experience leveraging CRM and marketing technologies such as SFDC.
• Must be based in Golden Valley, MN for this onsite position.
