TL;DR

Manager, Business Marketing (SMC): Leading B2B marketing strategy and GTM plans for small and medium-sized businesses with an accent on driving revenue and community growth through integrated campaigns. Focus on designing flagship event programs, creating compelling advertiser success stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to showcase hirify.global’s unique ad products.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from our NY, SF, or LA offices (Hybrid: 4+ days per week in office)

Salary: $147,000–$259,000 annually (based on pay zone)

What you will do

  • Lead brand marketing strategy and GTM plans for SMBs in partnership with sales teams.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs including webinars, influencer programs, and industry events.
  • Design flagship B2B event programs to position hirify.global as an innovator and deepen advertiser relationships.
  • Partner with creative, product, and communications teams to design integrated campaigns.
  • Create localized content and success stories that demonstrate ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of B2B marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology or digital media.
  • Proven track record of executing SMB marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, matrixed teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client forums and industry events.
  • Must be able to work in the office 4+ days per week in NY, SF, or LA.
