What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated global growth campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and paid media.
  • Manage full-funnel performance, focusing on MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline velocity.
  • Design and optimize lead nurture programs using behavioral triggers, segmentation, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure effective lead routing, scoring, and follow-up.
  • Develop campaign reporting to connect marketing activities to business outcomes, ROI, and pipeline influence.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and creative teams to align messaging and campaign assets with business priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management.
  • Advanced mastery of HubSpot for campaign building, automation, and attribution.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns including paid search, social, and content syndication.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Must be based in the U.S.A.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers or research/data-driven decision makers.
  • Familiarity with market research, first-party data, or audience insights solutions.
  • Experience using AI tools for campaign planning, content development, or performance analysis.
