What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients in Madison, WI, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and optimize data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and shared services teams to draft strategic and creative briefs.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights for campaign optimization and growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, or advertising.
• Proven success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
