Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 annually.

What you will do
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Translate complex product information into customer-centric value propositions.
- Analyze sales funnel stages and collaborate with sales teams to respond to buyer intent.
- Monitor real-time results in Salesforce to optimize tactics and maximize conversion.
- Align marketing plans with Sales and Global Marketing to ensure organizational buy-in.
- Report campaign performance and demonstrate the connection between marketing activity and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and campaign strategy.
- Proven track record of owning integrated campaign strategy and connecting marketing to measurable outcomes.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tools and signals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
