TL;DR

Strategic Growth Marketing Manager: Leading targeted, data-driven campaigns to shape buying decisions and accelerate funnel inflow with an accent on B2B lead generation and account-based marketing strategies. Focus on translating technical concepts into compelling value propositions and optimizing multi-channel campaign performance using Salesforce and Pardot.

Location: Must be based in the US (Chicago, IL preferred; hybrid and remote options available).

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • Translate complex product information into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Analyze sales funnel stages and collaborate with sales teams to respond to buyer intent.
  • Monitor real-time results in Salesforce to optimize tactics and maximize conversion.
  • Align marketing plans with Sales and Global Marketing to ensure organizational buy-in.
  • Report campaign performance and demonstrate the connection between marketing activity and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and campaign strategy.
  • Proven track record of owning integrated campaign strategy and connecting marketing to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tools and signals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
