What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and contract negotiations for categories such as Commercial, Tech, People, or Operations.
• Conduct spend and market analysis to identify and execute savings opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure high service levels, compliance, and performance.
• Support regional and global initiatives to harmonize and improve sourcing processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to manage contracts and validate savings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing within the assigned category areas.
• Proven expertise in negotiation, supplier management, and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems.
• Must be based in El Segundo, CA
