What you will do

• Develop and execute global category strategies to optimize the supplier base and drive material cost savings.
• Manage supplier performance, including lead-time, MOQ, and quality improvements, while developing dual-sourcing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a global procurement team to ensure efficient processes and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with New Product Development and Project Management to ensure supply chain readiness for future demand.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with key suppliers to protect business interests and ensure compliance.
• Support manufacturing plants in expediting materials to fulfill customer orders and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
• Proven procurement experience within the automotive industry.
• Strong expertise in global supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proficiency in category management, specifically with PCBA components.
• Ability to manage direct reports across different cultures.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and time management skills.
