What you will do

• Identify and qualify potential partners, vendors, and subcontractors for electric grid solutions.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Negotiate agreements to meet project schedules, budgets, quality, and delivery targets.
• Conduct make vs. buy analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure early engagement of the sourcing team in project planning.
• Manage supplier documentation and records within the management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college required.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional Sourcing experience required.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
