What you will do

  • Manage a $80M+ portfolio of corporate service categories including Marketing, IT, and Benefits.
  • Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management from sourcing to execution and renewals.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies to deliver cost savings and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and manage supplier performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executives to improve procurement strategies.
  • Consult with Legal to ensure efficient and effective contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement with direct experience in Corporate Services.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities in driving performance and leading change.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur.
  • Strong ability to negotiate, manage, and enforce procurement agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface at all levels of the business.

  • Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
