What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies to support business goals and operational efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to align procurement strategies with organizational needs.
• Monitor market trends and supplier risks to support informed decision-making.
• Track procurement metrics, including savings and contract compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Proven ability to manage complex sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procurement and contract management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or cross-functional organizations.
• Exposure to multiple indirect and/or direct spend categories.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CIPS.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
