What you will do

• Lead strategic negotiations for enterprise software platforms and SaaS subscriptions to drive commercial outcomes.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from RFP development through execution and compliance.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies across software licensing, consulting, and technology partnerships.
• Oversee the Travel & Expense program, including supplier negotiations and policy development.
• Implement and enhance procurement technologies across the procure-to-pay cycle, including CLM and ERP tools.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, including process improvements and organizational change efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with a focus on enterprise software and SaaS agreements.
• Deep expertise in software licensing models, professional services contracts, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in deal structuring, pricing analysis, and cost optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of contract compliance, risk management, and software licensing governance.

Nice to have

• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Background implementing AI-enabled procurement tools or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience transforming procurement functions, including organizational design.
