TL;DR
Programmatic Account Manager (Ad Sales): Managing and growing programmatic advertising partnerships with clients and agencies with an accent on campaign execution, performance optimization, and strategic relationship building. Focus on driving revenue, troubleshooting technical campaign issues, and delivering actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Universal City, California (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 base + sales incentive commission

What you will do
- Support the full sales cycle for programmatic campaigns from proposal through execution.
- Manage and develop relationships with advertisers and agency partners to drive revenue and satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical and creative issues related to bid requests, win rates, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ad Ops, Pricing, Inventory, and Measurement.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Educate clients on new ad solutions and best practices to achieve campaign KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of programmatic experience at a media company or agency.
- Hands-on experience working with SSPs and/or DSPs.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills, including negotiation and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity (4 days/week in office) in Universal City, CA.
