Focus on supervising modernization superintendents, conducting safety audits, and maintaining high-level relationships with industry consultants and architects.

Location: Onsite in Philadelphia, PA / King of Prussia, PA

What you will do

  • Supervise modernization superintendents and employees, handling hiring and performance management.
  • Administer the company safety program and conduct weekly safety audits.
  • Plan and prioritize modernization jobs using project management software and scheduling tools.
  • Manage jobsites from survey to completion, including troubleshooting and quality audits.
  • Review and sign off on bids, change orders, and purchase orders while providing technical input for costs.
  • Mediate and resolve complaints with internal and external customers, including union agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or extensive industry and management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing at a branch departmental level.
  • Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry and general management methods.
  • Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report required.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
