Salary: $99,000 - $141,500 USD

What you will do

• Monitor and optimize plant systems to ensure safe and environmentally compliant operations.
• Lead shift turnover meetings and manage operational resources to meet production targets.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions, providing clear direction during emergencies.
• Supervise, coach, and develop operations personnel to maximize performance and engagement.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement 5S programs.
• Develop and update SOPs and visual management tools to maintain operational consistency.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant operations or industrial supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment.
• Must obtain ASME QRO Provisional Certification within six months of hire.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in confined spaces.
