What you will do

• Lead and manage an assigned department to meet operational goals in safety, quality, and cost.
• Facilitate daily kaizen activities to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and adherence to zero-defect quality standards.
• Maintain a strong shop floor presence to identify issues and gather direct employee feedback.
• Manage staffing levels, training, and compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of successful supervisory experience in an operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and direct the work of others with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO 9000 quality systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to effectively use office automation and communication software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
