What you will do
- Drive sell-out performance in the assigned territory by building and strengthening customer relationships.
- Grow share of accounts with local book fleets, including government accounts.
- Partner with servicing dealers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
- Develop strategies and tactics aligned with the Commercial PBU to expand business with existing accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable sales and ensure strong ROI for both parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience, or 10+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.
- B2B sales background preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales technologies.
