What you will do

• Drive sell-out performance in the assigned territory by building and strengthening customer relationships.
• Grow share of accounts with local book fleets, including government accounts.
• Partner with servicing dealers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
• Develop strategies and tactics aligned with the Commercial PBU to expand business with existing accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable sales and ensure strong ROI for both parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience, or 10+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.
• B2B sales background preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales technologies.
