What you will do
- Manage a designated sales territory to develop leads and maintain customer footprint.
- Build and negotiate sales projects with clear ROI for customers.
- Engage with customer management teams to understand needs and promote product capabilities.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to resolve technical or installation issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to influence product strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and able to travel 50-75% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the folding carton industry, preferably in technical or process roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex sales orders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and interface effectively with executive-level personnel.
