Location: Must be based in Washington, Northern California, or Oregon. Role requires up to 75% travel.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise dealers as their primary point of contact.
- Analyze account performance to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling LoJack solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and address client feedback.
- Drive adoption of LoJack across dealership departments including sales, service, and F&I.
- Utilize Salesforce to document sales processes, prepare presentations, and track performance metrics.
- Manage dealer health and proactively resolve issues to reduce churn and increase profitability.
Requirements
- Must be based in WA, Northern CA, or OR.
- 5+ years of experience in franchise dealership operations or large-scale integrated software sales to automotive dealerships.
- Proven track record in account management, reducing churn, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and professional communication tools.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Availability to work extended hours and be on-call as needed.
