Key Account Manager, Fleet Mobility Baltics (Fleet Mobility): Developing and managing relationships with medium and large direct fleets with an accent on building a sales pipeline, delivering tailored Total Mobility proposals, and serving as a technical reference for fleets. Focus on driving growth through account management, cross-selling solutions, and using industry and competitor insights to strengthen Goodyear’s position across the Baltics.
Location: Lithuania (remote)

What you will do
- Drive business development with new and existing medium and large direct fleets.
- Build relationships with fleet decision-makers through events, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop tailored proposals and value propositions aligned with customer needs and Goodyear Total Mobility solutions.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying pain points, cross-selling, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, fleet developments, and competitor activity to inform strategies and recommendations.
- Act as a technical reference for fleets, providing guidance on tires, solutions, and coordinating training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet sales, key account management, or the commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or transport industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize activities effectively.
- English: B2 (upper-intermediate) or higher.
- Willingness to travel within the sales area to meet clients and attend events.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Experience with tire solutions, fleet mobility, or transportation solutions.
- Russian language skills.
