What you will do

  • Maintain and organize Salesforce pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and product teams to prepare RFP responses and statements of work.
  • Manage daily client communications and provide timely updates on products and services.
  • Create customized research presentations with strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Coordinate client training on JD Power platforms and deliverables.
  • Identify and implement process standardizations across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in account management and customer service.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Effective time management and ability to work independently.
