What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within existing accounts using consultative selling techniques.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategy meetings to align technical solutions with customer operational needs.
  • Provide technical sales support and product recommendations to help customers improve plant performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution and maintain pricing discipline.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical or industrial sales, specifically within industrial water treatment or related fields.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage accounts and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Must be based in Georgia, USA.
