Compensation: Total Target Cash $131,500 – $244,300 (Base pay: $85,500 – $158,600)

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth through identifying prospects and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing customer contracts to maximize retention and deliver long-term value.
  • Apply a consultative approach to translate client needs into pragmatic propositions aligned with sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies across various levels of customer institutions.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and utilize tools like Clari for sales forecasting and results review.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product Management, and Marketing to improve Go-To-Market strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Midwest Region (IL, IN, OH, KY).
  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience in consultative, complex solution-sales.
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise software within an international matrixed organization.
  • Background in or collaboration with research administration and management functions.
  • Strong proficiency in strategic account planning and relationship management with senior executives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for delivering compelling presentations.
