What you will do

  • Build and execute multi-year account plans for top renewable OEMs and Tier-1 partners to achieve ARR targets.
  • Develop and maintain C-suite and director-level relationships across R&D, sourcing, and operations.
  • Identify and secure new design-wins for power electronics and protection components in inverters, BESS, and EV charging infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams including FAE, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure project success.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, pricing strategies, and long-term agreements to balance margin and service requirements.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and voice-of-customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in OEM key account management, business development, or technical sales in renewables or power electronics.
  • BS in Engineering (EE/ME/Power) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong technical acumen in high-voltage DC, power conversion, and protection coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% across the Americas.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Prior experience with solar, wind, ESS, or EVSE programs.
