What you will do

  • Execute territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quota assignments.
  • Manage three unique sales motions: new business acquisition, customer expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and renewals.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline utilizing outbound efforts, BDRs, Channel partners, and Marketing Inbound.
  • Drive a consultative sales motion by leveraging a deep technical understanding of the problems hirify.global solves.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships as a trusted advisor to ensure customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and improve product investments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of beating annual targets of $1M+ and managing complex six-figure deals.
  • Experience multithreading into the C-suite and across large organizations to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Must be based in NYC (Hybrid).
  • Bachelor's degree and proficiency in SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, and MSFT suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
