Salary: $310,000 - $340,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing AEs with a focus on technical acumen and customer empathy.
- Coach and support AEs through complex deal cycles, from discovery through close and expansion.
- Manage the growth of Mid-Market accounts, specifically companies with 250 to 2,500 employees.
- Define and refine sales methodologies and land-and-expand strategies.
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing to manage pipeline health and improve funnel conversion.
- Travel as needed to support the team and deepen customer relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing and scaling AE teams at a high growth SaaS company.
- Previous professional experience as an Account Executive.
- Experience selling highly technical products, ideally in the data, analytics, or data management space.
- Proven ability to sell to technical personas such as data, engineering, and platform leads.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence audiences.
