TL;DR

Location: NYC or Remote (EST)

Salary: $310,000 - $340,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing AEs with a focus on technical acumen and customer empathy.
  • Coach and support AEs through complex deal cycles, from discovery through close and expansion.
  • Manage the growth of Mid-Market accounts, specifically companies with 250 to 2,500 employees.
  • Define and refine sales methodologies and land-and-expand strategies.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing to manage pipeline health and improve funnel conversion.
  • Travel as needed to support the team and deepen customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing and scaling AE teams at a high growth SaaS company.
  • Previous professional experience as an Account Executive.
  • Experience selling highly technical products, ideally in the data, analytics, or data management space.
  • Proven ability to sell to technical personas such as data, engineering, and platform leads.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence audiences.
