Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 OTE annually

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers across enterprise and MSSP segments.
- Drive product adoption and value realization to improve customers' security posture and outcomes.
- Manage strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, including CISOs at Fortune 500 companies.
- Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risk to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR).
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to optimize onboarding and communicate customer needs.
- Build operational rigor using Gainsight and Salesforce to monitor KPIs and scale success delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
- 2–3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding NRR and GDR goals.
- Experience managing strategic Fortune 500 accounts with executive-level negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of security operations, such as red teaming, vulnerability management, or SOC workflows.
- Must be based in the US.
