Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater San Francisco area. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 base + commission.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calling to closing customized golf course solutions.
  • Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strong account management.
  • Document all sales activities and revenue reports in the CRM database.
  • Analyze local golf market trends, competitors, and macroeconomic issues to drive performance.
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase partner rounds and revenue.
  • Manage relationships with multi-course operators as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater San Francisco area.
  • Ability to travel regularly, work overtime, and on weekends as necessary.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with computer and internet-based tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in online distribution platforms or technology.
  • Digital sales and marketing experience.
  • College degree.
