Location: Must be based in or near Irving, TX, USA. The role requires in-person office attendance at least three days a week.
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + commission.

What you will do
- Identify and engage high-value prospects to secure new business and partnerships.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create effective campaigns and sales packages.
- Represent the company at industry events and competitor shows to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client interactions within Salesforce.
- Develop pricing strategies and proposals to maximize profitability and close deals.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Irving, TX.
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in media, sponsorship, or events.
- Proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
