TL;DR

Account Manager (B2B Fashion): Driving customer retention and new business growth for large-scale fashion events with an accent on consultative sales, pipeline management, and relationship building. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the New York office (605 3rd Ave) for a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days per week in-office).

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 + commission.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B fashion accounts to meet and exceed monthly and edition revenue quotas.
  • Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of retention and new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document client interactions, track opportunity progression, and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to execute territory strategies and create customized sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and proactively manage customer objections to close deals.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to maintain market presence and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience in media, sponsorship, or B2B events.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing high-level business in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to work from the New York office.
