What you will do

• Lead measurement research studies from setup to delivery for a portfolio of advertisers.
• Advocate for measurement solutions internally and ensure effective implementation in client campaigns.
• Present research results, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign tactics to create actionable best practices and playbooks.
• Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive analysis, summarize data, and enhance measurement workflows.
• Build in-person relationships and participate in team events to contribute to the company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, business analytics, marketing).
• 0-2 years of experience in digital or marketing analytics, media measurement, or advertising.
• Understanding of the measurement landscape, including attribution, lift, and incrementality testing.
• Proficiency in extracting and analyzing large datasets using SQL and/or Python.
• Strong client service background with experience in externally facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
