What you will do

• Lead the integration and management of ad server data into the reporting ecosystem.
• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating paid media, email, and web analytics.
• Develop and support multi-touch attribution models to track supporter behavior.
• Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards and ETL workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across all digital platforms and databases.
• Analyze cross-channel performance to provide actionable recommendations for internal and client teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics and paid media measurement.
• Advanced SQL/T-SQL skills for working with complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and ETL tools like Hevo, FiveTran, or similar.
• Strong understanding of attribution methodologies and conversion tracking.
• Experience with ad server implementation and management.

Nice to have

• Python programming experience.
• Experience with API data processing.
• Knowledge of marketing mix modeling or incrementality testing.
• Experience with Looker Studio.
