What you will do
- Lead and maintain marketing attribution modelling to inform budget and strategy decisions.
- Analyse audience segments, customer behaviour, and funnel performance across acquisition and retention.
- Own post-analysis delivery for CRM campaigns, performance ads, CPP/ASO, and creative reporting.
- Support the full experimentation lifecycle, from setup to QA-ing results and maintaining statistical integrity.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep marketing strategy sharp.
- Produce performance tracking cadences and execute structured ad hoc analyses.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in marketing analytics within consumer, app, or marketplace environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools for building reporting templates and dashboards.
- Strong grasp of statistical principles and experience running A/B tests.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating effectively in an async-remote environment.
- Commitment to reproducible analysis and high standards for documentation and code quality.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace businesses.
- Exposure to incrementality testing or media mix modelling (MMM).
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools or workflows.
