Location: Hybrid (San Francisco preferred, 3 days/week in office); open to remote candidates with expectation of frequent travel to San Francisco

What you will do
- Define KPIs for campaigns and marketing programs.
- Develop clear measurement frameworks and implement full-funnel attribution tools to inform investment.
- Design experiments to measure the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports to enable self-serve data access for the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other analytics and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a quantitative role navigating highly ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for designing experiments and extracting insights.
- Experience designing marketing tests such as matched market and holdout/exposed.
- Proven experience building measurement plans and defining goals for marketing programs.
- Familiarity with media measurement, web analytics, social listening, and brand lift studies.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with marketing teams and executives.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in NLP, large language models (LLMs), or generative AI.
