What you will do

  • Optimize omnichannel marketing investment by analyzing performance, trends, and ROI across digital and offline channels.
  • Own attribution and measurement frameworks, including incrementality testing to quantify true campaign lift.
  • Improve acquisition efficiency and customer engagement through rigorous funnel analysis and conversion engineering.
  • Lead customer and audience intelligence work: segmentation, lifecycle trends, and insights for retention and loyalty programs.
  • Design and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistical validity and clear “keep or kill” recommendations.
  • Query and validate large datasets with SQL and BigQuery, and build dashboards in Looker Studio/Power BI for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or growth analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Advanced SQL skills to join, clean, and analyze complex datasets in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital tracking/implementation concepts.
  • Proven experience using forecasting or predictive analytics to guide investment decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with R, Python, or Databricks.
  • Familiarity with APIs, marketing automation workflows, or advanced AI-driven analytics tools.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, or loyalty-focused business models.
