Senior Marketing Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA, United States; hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in the office each week, with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $132,000–$165,000 annual base salary, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Analyze program performance, promotional pricing, marketing channels, past campaigns, and new business opportunities.
• Investigate customer behavior and trends to generate insights for stronger customer relationships.
• Maintain, improve, and develop KPI dashboards while monitoring changes in key metrics.
• Design experiments and present data-driven recommendations.
• Support critical business decisions across lifecycle marketing and winback initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong background in AI-assisted SQL.
• Ability to work from Arlington or Seattle with the required onsite schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting data analysis with Python or R.
