What you will do

• Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend scalable system optimizations.
• Drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with People teams to translate strategic needs into clear system requirements.
• Act as the primary bridge between HR and IS departments to align priorities and timelines.
• Support the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, specifically Workday and talent acquisition tools.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence roadmap decisions and improve employee experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise HCM or ERP platforms like Workday.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Solid project management skills including prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
