What you will do

• Configure and optimize Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Absence modules.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Develop and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Manage Workday security for implementations, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations impacting payroll and benefits.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement and maximize AI-driven HR technology solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of functional Workday experience including configuration and support.
• 3+ years supporting HCM, Payroll, and Absence or Time Tracking modules.
• Expertise in payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, and tax setup.
• Experience working in complex organizations with multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and worker lifecycle events.
