TL;DR

Salary: $138,800 – $192,800 USD (US) or CAD 145,800 – 182,200 (Canada).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding People programs and Workday transactions.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality reviews to ensure integrity across Workday and connected systems.
  • Execute and validate mass data updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and other Workday tools.
  • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and process concerns.
  • Conduct testing for Workday releases, enhancements, and business process updates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience including business process management.
  • Proven experience performing EIB data loads and mass data updates.
  • Ability to work in complex organizations with multiple business units.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
